Chef Dawn Retallick

We are grateful that Our Chef, Dawn Retallick, provides us with 10 weekly home-cooked meals, lunch and dinner from Monday to Friday, and plenty of leftovers for the weekends!

When Dawn's son, Alex Retallick '18, started getting more involved with the Fraternity in 2019, Dawn had just closed her restaurant of nearly 10 years, Dinners by Dawn, and was trying to decide which direction she wanted to go. With Alex and her son-in-law, Russell Hubby'14, both members of the Fraternity, and her daughter, Danielle, a Lavaliere member, Dawn found her home at Beta Sigma Psi.  

  

With a background as a property manager, real estate agent, personal chef, and restaurant owner, Dawn brings a wealth of expertise to Epsilon. As she continues her journey with Beta Sig, she is excited about discovering "new ways to spoil them."

 

Beyond her culinary talents, Dawn shares her life with her husband Mike and Whiskie, her dog, who is a regular visitor to the house. In her free time, Dawn enjoys golfing, traveling, training and cuddling Whiskie, and hanging out with her family.
