What has Beta Sigma Psi done for your son?

"Opportunity for leadership, developing friendships, and practicing time management would seem to be key phrases to answer the question. As a parent of a current Beta Sigma Psi member, I have seen my son continue to grow, mature, explore, and develop his talents at Iowa State University. Being a member of Beta Sigma Psi has definitely contributed to his success. He has served on committees and as an officer (including President). He was given opportunities to be involved in the house and other Greek activities. He has made friends both in the house and through involvement in Beta Sigma Psi national events. Many of these people will be true friends for a lifetime. Being a member of the Beta Sigma Psi fraternity has truly been an excellent choice for Charles."

"My hope has always been that my sons would be Beta Sigs. Ryan and Tom had the decision to make, although we were more persuasive in our coaching and encouragement for Tom on his decision to join at Alpha Chapter. Their Beta Sig experience has been quite different then mine, but that was to be expected. What I appreciated about Beta Sig was the common bond provided by the Lutheran membership requirement. The tie that binds us now and as alumni is our common Lutheran faith principles. Ryan is just as excited to be a Beta Sig as I was in my collegiate days. We were concerned about how well Ryan would do in college and the support he has received from Beta Sig has been the difference."
