The Beta Sigma Psi Parents' Club is open to all parents of the men in the fraternity. We are a group of concerned and caring parents who are organized simply as a support group for our sons. We hold meetings twice a year – in the fall during Parents' Weekend and in the spring during the VEISHEA weekend. We also sponsor a workday usually in June to help with some minor repairs or projects that the fraternity needs help with. We have no dues, but simple subsist on donations from the parents to fund our projects. In the past couple of years, we have purchased tablecloths and re-upholstered the chairs in the dining room. We have repaired and sealed the deck of the fraternity house multiple times, built 3 new picnic tables, and repaired the old ones. Shelves were installed in the housemother's apartment, knives were purchased for the kitchen, and we helped to finance the refurbishing of the pool table in the game room. We try to help wherever and whenever we can. We have a good line of communication established with the Beta Sigs. If our group has not contacted you, feel free to let us or your sons know and we will put you on our e-mail or regular mail list. You are also welcome to contact any of our board members with your concerns, ideas, or questions and we will try to answer them as best we can or direct you to someone who can help.
